Tristan Leeland

Tristan is a Risk Intelligence Analyst at Luminint. He has previously held roles in business intelligence and political and security risk, most recently at The Walt Disney Company, and is also a Senior Analyst at political risk consultancy London Politica’s Europe Desk. Tristan specializes in Russia-Europe relations (particularly their security implications), energy geopolitics, European politics, US-China relations, and defense and conflict studies in general.
Having undertaken his BA in History at the University of Exeter, Tristan subsequently completed a MA in Intelligence and International Security at King’s College London, in which his dissertation examined the Russian use of natural gas for coercive purposes. He also attended February 2023’s Munich Security Conference as a Junior Ambassador. |
