With eight years of extensive experience in researching geopolitical issues within the spheres of climate and economics, Tiana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our growing team. She specializes in the economics & policy, market dynamics, and social impacts of climate & environment. Her background enables her to bridge qualitative & quantitative data to breakdown complex material, identify nuances, and transforming risks into opportunity.
Tiana has lived in multiple countries around the world and holds exceptional competencies in international relations and policy analysis. She has contributed to the evolution of regulatory frameworks, government climate action endeavors, and ESG & Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across the US and EU. She’s worked several US & European projects, including the Horizon Green Deal calls, and has partnered with several global entities (such as UNESCO, RUSI, DECC, SEAI, U.S. Department of State, European Lung Foundation, and the European Citizen Science Association). Some highlights include partnering with foreign delegations, orchestrating an international consortium for EU projects, developing a carbon calculator, tracing scope emissions across the supply chain, enhancing reputational due diligence, and presenting analysis at public bodies and several international conferences. Tiana holds an M.Sc. in Global Environmental Economics from the National University of Ireland Galway. She also holds a M.Ed. in International Education from the Universidad de Alcala, a B.A. in International Relations (Geoeconomics) with a minor in International Political Economy, and a second B.A. in Spanish (Languages and International Studies) with a minor in Political Science. |
